Tony Dennis was born in Odessa, TX. in 1967. He grew up in a Christian home where at the age of 14 he began to travel with his family holding revivals and training churches how to evangelize their cities by taking teams to the streets to minister one-on-one, as well as holding outdoor rallies.
After graduating through correspondence and attending a year at Odessa College, Tony went to Jimmy Swaggart Bible College in Baton Rouge, LA., where he completed a One Year Bible Degree.
In July of 1989, Tony was married to Cheryl in Houma, LA where her dad pastored a church. From there they moved back to Odessa and began working full time with children at what is now Agape Ministries Dream Center. Tony began Dynamite Kydz in 1991, where he served as Children's Pastor until 2002, writing much of the children's curriculum, as well as a "How To" manual on Children's Ministry.
Since 1989, they have also worked in three other churches as Youth Pastor and have been Children's Pastors at one other church while on staff at Agape Ministries. In 1999, when the former Youth Pastor resigned, Tony felt he was to take over the youth ministry. He continues to work full time today as Youth Pastor of New Dimensions Youth Ministries at Agape Ministries Dream Center in Odessa, where he lives with his wife and two children.
